With your explicit consent, we may process your personal data for the purposes of conducting marketing activities relating to the services provided by our company and planning to maximize your benefits, offering you personalized opportunities regarding our services, carrying out promotional and advertising activities, managing customer satisfaction and loyalty efforts, informing you about events, campaigns, and innovations, as well as providing information about raffles and promotions. Your personal data may be shared with third-party companies within the country from whom we receive services, for the purpose of carrying out our service activities and when required by the service agreement.

This text constitutes my consent pertaining to the delivery of commercial electronic messages and other communications about the services provided by Sur Yapı Endüstri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Our Company" or "Sur Yapı"), located at Burhaniye Mahallesi Abdullahağa Caddesi No:21 Üsküdar Istanbul, in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages for sending announcements about general/special opportunities, notifications about current developments, celebratory messages, sharing of presentations and bulletins, and carrying our promotional and advertising activities. This consent includes the collection of my contact information, identity information, and marketing data to manage sales, advertising, promotion, and campaign processes for goods/services and to deliver communications via my preferred channels. I acknowledge that I may change my communication preferences at any time or refuse the process specified in the messages addressed to me and cease communication without providing any justification. This consent covers the delivery of commercial electronic messages and other communications in accordance with the relevant laws via SMS/short messages, automated calls, phone calls, social media and online advertising networks, email/mail, and other electronic communication tools and channels.

I acknowledge that I have read the Privacy Notice prepared and provided to me by SUR YAPI ENDÜSTRİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and that I have understood the Purposes of Data Processing, Processed Personal Data, Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing, Purposes of Data Transfer, Data Collection Methods, Identity of the Data Controller, Methods to Apply to the Data Controller, and My Rights as the Data Subject.

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), I hereby give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the table below for the purposes of managing loyalty processes relating to the company/products/services, conducting marketing analysis studies, managing customer relationship processes, carrying out advertising, campaign, promotion, marketing and promotional activities, collecting feedback and satisfaction opinions relating to the project, and sharing satisfaction opinions with third parties. I also consent to the transfer and storage of my personal data abroad, which I provide via WhatsApp, to servers located abroad due to the location of the system servers.
